Brain Training Review- Month #7 and #8

We just finished our 7th and 8th month of the 12 month Brain Training Program. Brain retraining is done through a series of physical exercises that selectively accesses a certain part of the brain by having the eyes look in a specified direction. That direction is directly related to a sensory stimulation point.

“C” still continues to enjoy the program. It is a very intensive program that we complete 4-5 times a week. She does not get bored of the activities at all. These past two month’s activities letter memory, sight word tracking, shapes, copying, memory, sounds, matching and visual closure. The visual closure was my daughter’s favorite because it challenged her to complete the letters and determine what word was written. Continue reading…

We just finished our 6th month of the 12 month Brain Training Program. Brain retraining is done through a series of physical exercises that selectively accesses a certain part of the brain by having the eyes look in a specified direction. That direction is directly related to a sensory stimulation point.

We just finished our 5th month of the 12 month Brain Training Program. Brain retraining is done through a series of physical exercises that selectively accesses a certain part of the brain by having the eyes look in a specified direction. We just finished our 4th month of the 12 month Brain Training Program. Brain retraining is done through a series of physical exercises that selectively accesses a certain part of the brain by having the eyes look in a specified direction. Brain Training Review-Month #3

We recently finished our 3rd month in the Brain Training Program. Brain retraining is done through a series of physical exercises that selectively access a certain part of the brain by having the eyes look in a specified direction. The direction is related to a sensory stimulation point.

Brain Training Review-Month #2

My 6 year old, C, just finished the 2nd month of the Brain Training program from Learning Link Technologies. We continued to do the retraining exercises once a week and then the Month 2 Activities 4-5 times a week for about 20 minutes. Now that we are into the second month, I have to admit that it takes a lot of commitment. You need to create a schedule and stick to it for this to be an effective program for brain retraining.

The activities this month were both advanced/modified from last month as well as new. C loved how well she did the first time through the activities. She noted that some were “Kinda the same as last month but harder…I like harder.” I’m glad to see that she felt challenged Continue reading…

Brain Training Review-Month #1

We just finished our first month of the brain retraining program by Learning Link Technologies. Initially, it was difficult finding time to follow the program. The Brain Retraining exercises were to be performed each of the 4 weeks one time per week. Then there were other exercises that were to be performed with the Brain Retraining once a week for four weeks. These were broken up into sessions throughout the week.

My daughter’s opinion of this? She loves it. Every day she would ask if it was time to do the green binder (we put it all into a 2″ binder). On some nights, the time would even fly by. The first time she did the exercises Continue reading…

Brain Training Program Review

I am honored to be reviewing a product from Learning Link Technologies. It is a brain retraining program that is geared toward enhancing the building blocks of learning for children 3 and up.

Although the program was designed to help children with learning problems, it is actually recommended for all kids. Scientists have found that many learning problems that show up later on, were actually caused early on. By completing the program using a specific approach,  Continue reading…
