Rudolph Cookies

Ingredients:

  • 2 rolls of sugar cookie dough
  • Mini pretzels
  • M&Ms (red and brown picked out)

Directions:

Using chilled dough, cut the roll in 1/4 inch slices. Gently shape the slices into a rounded triangle and place on a cookie sheet. Press 2 mini pretzels onto the top corners and cover the bottom of the pretzel with more dough to keep it in place. Place brown M&Ms for the eyes and red for the nose. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 12 minutes or until done. Let cool on the cookie sheet for 2 minutes and then transfer to a wire rack. Serve at your holiday party or leave them out for Santa; I’m sure Rudolph won’t be offended.
